Rebecca brings over 30 years of infrastructure and business leadership to every engagement. As Chief Executive of Health Infrastructure NSW from 2019 to 2024, she led an organisation of 350+ people delivering a $15 billion capital pipeline, with annual Treasury-approved budgets exceeding $2 billion.
Under her leadership, Health Infrastructure doubled its annual delivery output across 100+ projects. She negotiated and managed contracts with Tier 1 and 2 contractors, oversaw property acquisitions, and streamlined approval processes across government agencies. Her team received the 2022 Premier's Award for their work managing construction industry impacts during COVID-19.
Before Health Infrastructure, Rebecca led a $482 million school building program across 410 projects for the NSW Department of Education. She served as Managing Director of EWT Pty Ltd, managing 20-year BOOT contracts and complex infrastructure finance. Her career includes delivering venues for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
